I met with researchers, customer support, developers, and technical writers. We all worked really closely to ensure we were addressing all of the customer needs and concerns. I designed the scripts and user flows and edited them a million and one times to make sure they were good enough to launch.
Outside of my paid responsibilities, I developed a Voiceflow prototype for the interactions. Voiceflow is basically Figma for conversation designers. I wrote prompts and responses for users and tested them to make sure I was covering everything. It was pretty interesting, although difficult, to try to come up with everything that a user might say to the chatbot. I think there was a pretty steep learning curve with prompt writing.
