Project Buffalo

Project Buffalo is an interactive, multimedia experience game, where players will shift between 1990s style websites and modern sites, collecting clues, solving puzzles, and reading through the story of the AURA club and the Department of Paranormal and Extraterrestrial studies.

Set in the style of an augmented reality game, this project consists of several websites, a podcast, posters placed over campus, and a discord where players are encouraged to interact together to solve clues.

The purpose of this game is to give players a fun, meaningful experience while highlighting the importance of fact-checking and staying alert for misinformation.
